breakfast: coffee & jelly
lunch: rice with salmon flakes, simmered kabocha with minced chicken, & cucumber cheddar salad
dessert: ta-da. the jelly cake that i modeled after the shop’s decoration jelly below (which i had way before i started this blog). obviously the shop’s tastes so much better, but mine’s not too bad. i’d say it’s pretty decent and presentable for the first try. i don’t know if there will ever be the second try, though. if there is, i just have to stop being so afraid of sugar.
snack: gobo karinto
dinner: grilled chikuwa topped with spicy red bean mayo sauce, cheese, and panko
