breakfast: coffee & banana blueberry smoothie. coffee went right back in my vacuum bottle and to work with me.

lunch: toast, sausages, cabbage, & sunny-side up eggs for lunch yes

dinner (?): cidre rose (103kcal), potato chips (267kcal for 55g), & veggie sticks (148kcal) all from seven-eleven
