breakfast: coffee & maple pecan muffins. 100g flour, 1tsp baking powder, 40ml soy milk, 4tbs maple syrup (plus extra for brushing the freshly baked muffins), 2tbs rapeseed oil, 30g pecans or walnuts. 25 mins at 180 celsius. makes 4 smallish muffins.
lunch: tamago don (egg, onion, scallion)
snack: red wine & babystar ramen & peanuts
dinner: strawberries & ham cheddar cucumber sandwiches
