friday breakfast
breakfast: coffee & grilled sandwich (cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber)

friday lunch
lunch: seaweed soup, stir-fried rice, & raw banana tofu pudding for dessert

snack: red wine, sausage, & potato chips

    Oregano oil (almost) always turns a cold around for me. It tastes awful, but if I take it at the first sign of sickness I usually get better before things turn into a full blown cold. The taste is really, really strong though.
